Steps to reproduce & bug description

1. Go to column chooser demo
2. Change language via dropdown

What is expected?

The column chooser dropdown is localized.

What is actually happening?

The column chooser dropdown stays in English.

What browsers do you see the problem on?

Chrome

Any additional comments?

I tried to figure out why this is happening but from a first glance everything seems correct. The pagination razor file uses the Localizer and resources exist in the localization json.

Sometimes we don't upload demos if no major change was made. Rare, but it happens :)
