Proposal: Change anura.ide to use vscode.dev or other such hosted VSCode web instance

The icon to anura.ide is pretty misleading, as it suggests that it is the actual VSCode. I propose that it be changed to actually use VSCode instead of the current (let's be honest) half-baked custom IDE.
