After heal geometry is getting deleted

To remove self-intersecting faces created after the fill-hole process, I use the Heal function, which deletes the important part of the mesh
is there any method which I can use to deal with geometry loss

Hello!

Heal function works differently on open meshes and on closed ones:
As far as you close you mesh (fill all holes) it works like simple zero offset, and it loses walls that are thinner then voxel size (our offset is voxel-based). that is why these face are lost.

There are two ways you can try to fix this issue:

1. try to inflate faces that have appeared after fill hole:
   

2. you can try healing the mesh without filling holes, it will other healing algorithm that will fill holes in other way
