For the attention of developers - some .inc file conversions and other initialisation reorganisation

Dear JULES developers,

Can I please draw your attention to the following ticket:

which has recently been committed to the trunk and will cause merge problems if you have changed the following deleted .inc and related files:

D src/initialisation/standalone/initial_conditions/init_ic.inc
D src/initialisation/standalone/initial_conditions/total_snow_init.inc
D src/initialisation/standalone/initial_conditions/get_default_ic_values.inc
D src/initialisation/standalone/initial_conditions/calc_fit_fsat.inc
D src/initialisation/standalone/initial_conditions/topmodel_init.inc
D src/initialisation/standalone/initial_conditions/initial_conditions_mod.F90
