Wednesday 6th November: Outage to MOOSE commands for system maintenance

Please note on Wednesday 6th November there will be an outage to MASS in order to shut down the Prod database, to enable us to take a snapshot for Microsoft. This is scheduled between 10:00L and 12:00L but may end sooner. All MOOSE 'PUT', 'GET', 'SELECT' and 'FILTER' commands will fail during this period.
