Kozmik Krooz'r - "Background Graphic" OSD option not working

Either that option does not apply to the game, or the background graphic itself is missing.

The option should definitely apply to the game, otherwise the thruster at the top of the screen looks very odd indeed.

That being said, the graphic appears to be built into the MRA, but not triggered when the OSD option is set. It's coded into the MRA the same way Asteroids Deluxe is (as ROM part 2), so I believe this is a genuine bug.
