Feature request: CPU Overclock

I would love the option that the genesis core has of the ability to overclock the megadrives cpu.

Just to manage your expectation, it might be a lot harder (or currently impossible) to do it in this core on the DE10-Nano than it was in the Genesis core because the memory pll had to be set 2x speed.

Ahhh ok, if possible it would be awesome as the genesis core doesn't seem to work on crt via rgb scart over vga. This core does.
