Will need once hashicorp/aws v6.0 is released

Using https://github.com/MiamiOH/terraform-aws-ssm-parameter-store/tree/fix-deprecation branch to address this issue. Once v6 is released, 'terraform init -upgrade' will need to be done to create new lock file
