Returns information about active server-scoped session targets of Extended Events sessions.
Azure SQL Database supports only database-scoped sessions. See sys.dm_xe_database_session_targets.

Executing sys.dm_xe_session_targets
forces a flush of the collected session data to disk. This can be a useful for reading collected event data from sessions using infinite or very large dispatch latencies.
