What happened?

Hi Team,

We are utilizing WebView2 within our application and are encountering an issue with Windows Hello authentication in conjunction with OKTA. Specifically, the PIN prompt is not being triggered, and the message instructing the user to provide their secure key is not being displayed. Please find attached screenshot with details for the reference:
WebView2 Version : 1.0.2957.106
Technology : WPF with C#
.NET Framework Version: 4.8+
OS: Windows 11

Step1: Login on any application with OKTA enable
Step2: Select PIN Authentication

No, issue does not reproduce in the corresponding Edge version
