[Problem/Bug]: Minimum frameless window width is ~100, height has no lower limit

What happened?

It would be useful to allow WebView2 windows to be resized to be narrower than 100 pixels, especially frameless windows, in the same way that height can be less than 100 pixels.

Importance

Important. My app's user experience is significantly compromised.
