[Problem/Bug]: NewWindowRequested cannot intercept some special windows

What happened?

After adding this browser plugin, click on SETTING in this plugin, and the pop-up window will not be captured by the NewWindowRequestedEventHandler at all.
The pop-up windows of other browser plugins can be captured normally, I only encountered this window that cannot be captured, which is very strange.

Importance

Low. My app is not very affected, or this only affects development.
