Not just you.
Same issue here with the neo for past day.
https://nimbus.actronair.com.au/status shows "data processing" to be down,
so perhaps the events are not coming back correctly. The full status API
seems OK so might be able to get it to work that way (with quite a bit more
data being sent each update.)
Another reason why cloud based systems are so silly for things that should
be local only!

Same problem for me also, so we're at the mercy of Actron Air from the looks of things? |

Yeah unfortunately. Have had that issue before with the Que as well - when the cloud API is broken, there's little the app can do. Please let me know if it sorts itself out though. |

@MikeJMcGuire probably a small price to pay in the scheme of things, the Add-On has been working flawlessly for me since I installed it, so thank you.

The iPhone app works properly though so could be something else. |

It's definitely to do with somthing their end. It came good for a few hours today but now it's playing up again. |
