Can't find exe file #15

I have already downloaded the very first version but since it doesn't have Royalroadl support i wanted to try this one. But when i downloaded it there was no exe file. Everything else was there.
Can you please tell me what i did wrong while downloading this.

You can grab the latest version from here, make sure to download WebNovelConverter.zip and not the source code. Let me know if you encounter any issues.
