Suggestion: Add support for NU and Other

Would be nice to be able to use the ToC in NovelUpdates (the blogspot one seems to work sometimes when providing a NU link?).
Could also be useful to have a 'Other' mode that simply finds all links on the page for user to sift out the relevant ones. Or possibly with some ability to customize things needed to make it work (essentially creating their own Source, or partially edit existing ones).
