When executed, timeRange() returns properties of undefined.

ex:
if (getTime === timeRange("12:00:00 AM", "12:01:00 AM") || getTime === timeRange("3:00:00 PM", "3:01:00 PM") || getTime === timeRange("6:00:00 PM", "6:01:00 PM"))
Essentially, if the time of day is equal to around 12:00 AM to 12:01 AM or 3:00 to 3:01 etc, then it'll reset the state and then run
setIsButton(JSON.parse(bData)); setStat(JSON.parse(exData));
That will then disable the "Generate Button" and the user would have to wait exactly until 12:00 AM, 3:00 PM, or 6:00 PM to use it again.
