Currently UG fails to explain what the analytics feature does besides saying it provides visual analytics of client's loan records

The reader might not be able to understand what the 3 pie charts labelled reliability, impact and urgency are really showing (formulas would be helpful) or what the two different colours mean

The UG should explain what the 3 things are and also how they are calculated as well as what each colour in the pie chart represents for them
