💡 Description

We currently have a product-level DAG execution. We need a separate DAG for managing bundles.

We assume the last step of the DAG is going to be to updte the archive status of the bundle with registry-mgr.

📆 01/2025 status: Pushing to end of build. CSS MVP and LROC MVP have taken precedence. Known workarounds exist. No impact on delivery.
