Testing table lookup version of Ohlmann solar penetration scheme. Otherwise a clone of 2024.057.
This case uses an implementation of Ohlmann (2003) generally following the approach used in CESM-POP. It is more accurate over a wider range of chlorophyll values than the functional fit implementation tested in 2024.031. It should also be somewhat less expensive with fewer calls to intrinsic functions.
