Ideogram node in pipeline stuck computing standard deviation even when I select SEM

I am trying to compute a weighted mean using the Ideogram node in pipeline, and it seems stuck computing the standard deviation for the uncertainty, even when I've selected SEM or SEM with expansion by sqrt(MSWD). Is there a simple fix for this? Maybe an app metadata file somewhere that can be deleted so it regenerates? I've tried re-running the node from scratch, changing my uncertainty calculation selections, and restarting Pychron, but had no luck.

I found that i had to install pymysql via pip. The edm version is not compatible

I double checked both with pip; I was able to revert sqlalchemy to 1.3.18, but reverting pymysql to 0.7.9 caused it to not connect to the DB. I reinstalled pymysql and it is now at 1.0.2 and everything connects and I can make a plot. But the weighted mean still uses stdev for the error rather than SE.

Looks like a bug with filtering by date. Try looking for your analyses some other way, by project or L# etc

Using SE but if MSWD>1..., SEM and SD all working for me on my version
