What new functionality do you need?

The generated crontab for experiments on Gaea need to be updated to conform with scrontab configuration and syntax. Update crontab generated for Gaea to make scrontab entries. Needed for both individual users and CI testing.

As part of this, need to create config.gaeac6 and maybe config.gaeac5 under ci/platforms.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

A scrontab is generated and works on Gaea.

Acceptance Criteria

Generated crontab on Gaea is scrontab.
