DGX Spark (GB10) — CUDA-Q, cuQuantum, and Ising Decoder compatibility for a hybrid quantum-classical workload

Hi @begunmuskets,

I can confirm that CUDA-Q Docker containers work with DGX Spark (GB10).

For state vector (nvidia target based on cuQuantum library), the max number of qubits that can be simulated on DGX Spark is 33 qubits (single-precision/fp32).
