Wrong link in latest release notes

The release notes for v1.18.0 have a wrong link for Full Changelog: v1.18.0...v1.18.0

There should be a link to v1.17.9...v1.18.0. The release notes should also highlight the changes from the previous release v1.17.9, not from v1.17.0.

Thanks for calling this out. I have updated the link. In general, we can definitely improve our release notes and how we make changes visible to customers. We are working on doing so, and hopefully this will get better with future releases.
