I noticed that the rendered output of the model appears inconsistent across different viewpoints, which is quite unexpected. I was hoping the model would produce consistent and clean results similar to the traditional 3D Gaussian Splatting approach from graphdeco-inria, or even better.
However, the output quality doesn't match my expectations — it's often unstable when rotating or viewing from new angles.
Both models are based on Gaussian Splatting, so what key differences could lead to such a gap in performance and visual coherence?
