We are currently using Bootstrap 3.4.1, which is EoL.
Based on this post, it is likely not a security issue, but Bootstrap should still get updated when convenient. https://github.com/orgs/twbs/discussions/36001

There have been many breaking changes since Bootstrap 3, so this may end up requiring a complete UI overhaul.
