Expected Behavior:
A CI provider that supports OSS Development in an easy non disruptive, to development, style.
Current Behavior:
Travis-CI support for OSS Development, while present is a manual and not always reliable process.
This has led to situations in which CI tests do not run when code is pushed, making QA of the submitted code difficult.
Solution:
Use a CI provider that automatically supports OSS Development with a minimum of developer interaction, allowing us to work on the project, as opposed to dealing with CI providers.
