Running NativePHP in DDev

I am running DDEV on system but anything i run the ddev artisan native:serve. i get an error about not getting the required shared libraries (error while loading shared libraries). Is there a way to enable/config DDEV to us the external browser instead on the internal browser in the docker instance.
