Some decoders may have issues decoding certain Deflate streams:

It would be nice to have a command that modifies the Deflate streams of files to be more compatible.

It would be nice to have the default use these more extreme/ edge case tweaks to squeeze every last byte.
Then provide a -pedantic mode that will force writing the output for the most fussy decoders.
