[Feature Request] Restore from Titanium Backup

• I have searched the issue tracker for open and closed issues that are similar to the feature request I want to file, without success.

• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one feature request.

Problem Description

Titanium Backup (Root) is no longer actively maintained, backups from TR are still around and need a maintained tool to restore them.

Proposed Solution

Neo Backup should access and handle these files for backwards compatibility

As a workaround, you could just keep the titanium backup app installed and use it when you need to restore a TB backups.
