Improve console choice for runner deckbuilder

User story

As a nrdb user building a new runner deck, I want to see all my console options so that I can choose an ID and console in quick succession.

Problem context

main nitpick with nrdb is consoles! they are strewn all amonst the hardwares, and you have to toggle on all the factions to see the options, and then you have to type in "s:console" because who can remember all the console names, and then you need to change the dropdown ordering to Faction because alphabetical doesn't make sense for it. would love if there were a "choose a console!" user flow. its made a bit more complex, because some people like to run different consoles in one deck, so you can't just have a "console slot" like how magictg does "companion" slot

Current user workflow

"My decks" on top bar > "New Runner Deck" on right side bar > Choose runner by current format and faction > enter main deck building screen

Idea A

Have the user choose a console (or "none") during /en/deck/new/runner before redirecting to /en/deck/build/#####

!! flow would let you choose a single console. If user wants more consoles, they can add more in the regular deck building process

-some users might not be ready to choose a console

Idea B

... > enter main deck building screen with consoles of all factions shown as default ('s:console' in search filter; anarch, crim, shaper selected, hardware selected; Faction sort selected)

+Light lift of default sorting

-Annoying to change column sort back to "Name"

-Annoying to turn off the other two factions

Idea C

Make a "Choose a console" button that acts like Idea B once toggled, and when clicked again clears the search box and toggles back to the current default state
