During setup I forgot to volume mount /etc/letsencrypt and I lost all my certs during a power outage... Any way to recover from this, by forcing a full renew?

I did some surgery and found the previous docker overlay2 filesystem in /var/lib/docker/volumes. But I feel like this is a problem that should be possible to solve.
