Having a problem ( Bad Gateway )

Hello, I'm having a problem with nginx proxy manager, and i'm stuck I dont know how I can fix this, maybe someone can help me.

The problem is when i'm trying to login, it says Bad gateway

Thanks. Sorry, I am a bit of a noob - how is best to downgrade the version? I have Portainer if that helps - will the volume/persistent data remain or will I have to set it all up again? Appreciate if you could shar any steps.

Done it. For info 2.9.22 works fine for others with the same issue.
