Sadly your video seems to be a bit on the short side. I typically try to find videos that are between 50 minutes to over an hour, because the site randomly chooses a timestamp during the first half hour to start playing when you select a scene. I was able to find some videos of other places in Tunisia that are around that length (like this one), but sadly not much of Sidi Bou Said :( Using such a short video would mean it would end up looping constantly.

Hello Nickerson, I found a video lasting 24min about Sidi BOU Said, Cartago city, and la Marsa . All cities that are tunis rich suburb. Would that work ? Is YouTube the only possible source for you or can it be another website ? Thanks for getting back to me so quickly :) Thanks, Youssef
