Description of changes

• Updated inklecate from 1.0.0 to 1.1.1
• Part of dotnet 3.1 is EOL #202572

I'm not sure if I updated deps.nix properly. I ran nix-build -A inklecate.passthru.fetch-deps to generate the script, then ran ./result pkgs/development/compilers/inklecate/deps.nix to re-generate deps.nix. However, the resulting build of nix-build -A inklecate appears to work okay.
