clickEventForward checking logic needs fixing

After struggling for a while trying to make an <a> tag not flip when clicked I took a look at the source and I think this line's conditional

StPageFlip/src/UI/UI.ts

Line 170 in ab30ecc

if (!this.app.getSettings().clickEventForward) return true;

needs flipping (no pun intended).
