Fixes a bug not being able to delete Transmission and Qbit integrations.
Adds custom command output to the console window that appears.
Sends service state changes when they occur (and not on a separate interval).
Closes Snapshot Nvidia unable to leave blank path #836 by adding a note about the CUDA image to the Nvidia integration page.
Closes Adjust error message when testing plex if possible #821 by adding Plex response code to UI test output.
