refactor flight s/w architecture (dilophos) as an fpp model as to be a formal specification that can be transpiled to flight code

add changes to architecture as per @jabedrabboODU notes in/as fpp model
add minimal build script to run fpp analysis tools for validating fpp model
configure CI to run minimal build script
