ClickHouse Support

Is there any interest to add ClickHouse as supported database here ?

I might give it a shot if it's ok. Looking at the recent IRIS support, I have a rough understanding on how to go towards that direction but if you have any pointers, they are more than welcome.

Adding support for another database platform to HADES requires major commitment and resources, both from whomever wants to add it and the OHDSI developer community. It doesn't just stop with the initial commit, we continuously need to test and maintain the code.

So the short answer is: please don't. We already support a whopping 11 database platforms, surely there should be one that meets your needs.

Hi @schuemie thanks for your answer, is there a way to maintain it on our end as a "plugin"/extension - as we deploy a lot of hospitals data plateform using Clickhouse. We can fork and support the patches upon the latest devs but I think that's not the ideal situation.
I think we can also make commitments as a company to support the CH "bindings"
