Issue with hydroxyurea NDC/concept mapping

Describe the problem in content or desired feature
NDC code 71770010010 is for "sodium phenylbutyrate 483mg/g ORAL PELLET" (concept ID 1508455) which is used to treat urea disorders, but currently it is mapping to the hydroxyurea source concept (1377141), but said drug is not hydroxyurea and I do not believe should map to this.

How to find it
Reviewing here you will see that the NDC concept maps to a specific hydroxyurea drug, but again it is not hydroxyurea

Expected adjustments
The mapping between this NDC concept should be corrected/removed. It should not connect with concept ID 963936
