Create graphviz hierarchical map of the network with the output values #8
Description
This will be a Perl script that calls R's GraphViz2 to create hierarchical images of the networks. This will make it so that we do not need to go inside of Cytoscape to create graphs. This way the images could be created in a pipeline of steps during the running of the tool and then analyzed by those using the tool.
