The EPO ontology describes epo:CompetitionNotice that inherits from epo:Notice
epo:Notice uses epo:refersToProcedure to point to an epo:Procedure
epo-not:CompetitionNotice uses epo:announcesProcedure to point to epo:Procedure
The Semic conventions describe that properties are inherited by sub-classes
Now suppose we want to instantiate a epo:CompetitionNotice According to the conventions + autogenerated SHACL, one would expect epo:announcesProcedure and epo:announcesProcedure but that is not necessarily the intention of the modellers.
