Sometimes a user may be downloading sensitive documents etc.
I suggest an option to exclude scanning of files saved to a specific private folder.

Also a section to add ignored filetypes.
As an ageing techno-hippy, I still download Amiga files, and other ancient formats. I don't think OPSWAT needs those archives scanned. It wouldn't recognise Amiga viruses anyway.
