[Bug] - remove globus keys script

Description

After running remove globus keys, and then re generating globus keys I'm getting the following error.

datafed-gcs-1   | Waiting for apache2 to start running
datafed-gcs-1   | Waiting for apache2 to start running
datafed-gcs-1   | Waiting for apache2 to start running
datafed-gcs-1   | Waiting for apache2 to start running

What this means is that there are leftover artifacts from the original globus client. Possibly the remove globus files script did not remove the client from globus or it did not remove the file from the /globus folder and thus a new one was not created, when the generate globus files command was run.
