💼 Use-case collection and refining

To be driven by and focused on the business goals, we should in this early stage start to collect use-cases and refine them into stories, setting the business oriented goals for the project as it moves through its phases.

When a handfull or so is reached, the least complicated one, or maybe two could, after a thorough discussion, be choosen for the PoC phase, another added for the MvP 1.0 phase and so on.

This iterative approach driven by the business cases will enable a flexible and realistic scoping of the deliverables so discussion of cost and time-to market can be anchored in a balance between business needs and risks.

Lets use this issue to start assembling what unsolved business cases this project proposal might help to adress.

@TroelsRanum: Could we start by you adding the use cases here in the comments to get started discussing them?

As i recall the first is a Form that is filled in OS2Forms that produces a dataset that needs to end up being routed to the Common Distribution Component offered by K O M B I T?
