User Story:

As a: System Administrator

I want: user accounts to automatically be create in Kitos

So that: users are already registered in Kitos before they log in with Single Sign-On (SSO) for the first time, ensuring a seamless login experience, correctly assigned roles and groups assigned.

Acceptance Criteria:

• New users are automatically created in Kitos upon their addition to the FK Organization.
• Users can log in with SSO without any manual registration steps.
• The system verifies that the user account exists in Kitos before allowing SSO login.

User Story from Kitos perspective

As a: System Administrator

I want: user accounts to automatically be create in Kitos

So that: users are already registered in Kitos before they log in with Single Sign-On (SSO) for the first time, ensuring a seamless login experience, correctly assigned roles and groups assigned.

This allows the Kitos admin in the municipality to assign system roles to the correct users without having to create them manually first or contact the person beforehand. This way, the new employee has the correct roles and permissions from the first day of work.

• Users can log in with SSO without any manual registration steps.
• The system verifies that the user account exists in Kitos before allowing SSO login.
