[Bug] wxGUI/datacatalog: newly created project via wizard is added twice into projects tree

Describe the bug

Newly created project via wizard is added twice into GRASS database projects tree if you create this new project into different GRASS database directory than current default.

To reproduce

1. Launch GRASSS GIS with existed GRASS database and project (e.g. nc_basic_spm_grass7 project)
2. From the data catalog toolbar tools launch Create new project (location) in current GRASS database
3. On the wizard first page change GRASS database path (Change button widget) to the new empty database directory e.g. /tmp/grassdata (create it if doesn't exists)
4. Hit next button widget
5. On the next page choose Select CRS from a list by EPSG or description
6. On the next page choose e.g. EPSG 4326
7. On the last page hit Finish button widget
8. Check the data catalog tree with newly added GRASS database directory and with newly created project with newProject name
9. Newly created project with newProject name is appeared twice into tree

Expected behavior

Newly created project via wizard should only be added once into data catalog GRASS database projects tree.
