How to select specific tags for flashcards (instead of everything)

Is manually selecting each note and scanning vault the only option if I'm using the heading-paragraph regrex version?

If there is no specific methods, I'll keep using the command pallette (actually just the hotkey).

However, I wanted to know if there was a method for scanning an entire tag and all of its nested tag for heading flashcards!
