Plugin Unavailable in Obsidian Community Plugins After Uninstallation

​Description:​​
After uninstalling the Obsidian-to-Anki plugin (v3.6.0), I cannot reinstall it because:

​Search failure: "obsidian to anki" returns no results in Obsidian’s Community Plugins (tested multiple times).
​Manual check: Scrolled through the plugin list – confirmed it’s missing.
​Environment:​​

Obsidian: v1.8.10 (Desktop)
OS: Windows11

Investigate removal/visibility issues in the plugin repository.

It's called "Export to Anki" in the Community Plugins.

Both the "Export to Anki" and the "Obsidian_to_Anki" plugin can not be found in the community plugin browser in Obisidan. Is there still a way to install this plugin in Obsidian?
