Question regarding what it can do

Can it do the following tasks, cuz I am getting confused a lot.

1. Create anki cards from a note (basic cards, cloze cards using {} as cloze)
2. Put them in deck based on the folder and note name.
   For example: Lets say Random Book Title.md is in Books folder so it should make a Deck named Books and a subdeck Random Book Title where all the cards created from that note should be placed. Also all the Decks should be inside another deck named Obsidian so it's like. Obsidian > Books > Random Book title and Obsidian > Articles > Random Artitle Title
3. Add Obsidian tags as Anki tags for all the cards.
