Allow anonymous usage of a specific UDP from a web UI, billing to a predefined account.
Allow a group of users to access specific UDP's, billing to a single account
allow private UDP's to be shared with specific users, billing to user accounts
allow defining UDP consumption in number of hectare instead of credits
